Combine - maple syrup, molasses and all the spices and seasonings - well in a small mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine Nuts & Stuff and the Brazil nuts.
Pour the liquid mixture (from step 2) over the nut mixture (from step 3) and stir until ingredients are thoroughly coated.
Now, prepare a large flat baking tray with a layer of grease-proof paper.
Pour the nut mixture onto the baking tray and spread the ingredients evenly ready for toasting.
Reduce the oven heat to 250 degrees and place the tray in the oven.
Check the tray once in every 3-5-minute interval, turning ingredients to achieve an even toasting all over. Do this for approximately 15 – 20 minutes or until nuts and seeds are golden brown.
Keep a really close eye on the tray during the baking time as the nuts and seeds can burn very quickly, depending on your oven.
When lightly toasted and golden brown all over, take the tray out of the oven and set aside to cool. Once cool enough, nuts will be crisp and tasty.
Serve on its own or with other snacks, enjoy with your favourite drinks and great friends!
