Crumble & Crunch [gf]
3 Cups Nuts & Stuff Muesli
80 g Butter
½ Cup Coconut Sugar (or Brown Sugar)
1-2 Tbsp Honey
  • On low heat in a small saucepan, place butter, sugar and honey
  • Slowly melt all ingredients, stirring regularly to create a smooth consistency
  • This should take about 10-15 minutes or until sugar has dissolved
  • Prepare your large flat baking tray with a layer of grease proof paper
  • Preheat oven at 200 degrees
  • Place NUTS & STUFF in a large bowl
  • When cooked, pour ingredients from the saucepan straight into the NUTS & STUFF bowl
  • Thoroughly blend all ingredients together, making sure to coat muesli well
  • Roughly spread ingredients onto baking tray
  • Bake in oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until it starts to brown
  • Remove from oven and stir ingredients around on the tray and return to the oven
  • Bake for a further 5-10 minutes until golden brown, keeping a close eye, as it can burn easily
  • Then, remove from oven and allow to cool on the kitchen bench for about 30 minutes
  • Refrigerate for around 2 hours
  • When firm, gently crumble into chunky pieces, making it ready for use.
  • Keep refrigerated - will last for ages.


Suggested Use
  • Topping for any dessert
  • Add to stewed fruits with a dollop of cream
  • Sprinkle on top of your next serve of ice-cream
  • Include in or on a yoghurt and fruit cup/bowl
  • Or add a little to your Nuts & Stuff breakfast bowl, if you want to add a bit more crunch and sweetness
