Bircher Recipe
1 Cup Nuts & Stuff Muesli (Available online on this website and delivered to your doorstep)
½ Cup Rolled Oats
400ml Milk
60ml Juice of a Large Fresh Orange
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Large Red Apple Unpeeled, Cored and Grated
2 Tbsp Honey
1½ Cups/375g Plain Greek Yoghurt
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
Makes 4 Serves (or keep refrigerated and eat over a few days)
Preparation & Cooking 10 Minutes (And refrigerate overnight)
Toppings Your choice of fresh fruit, toasted organic coconut, berries, strawberries, raisins and Nuts & Stuff muesli
Tip If you prefer a thicker texture, just decrease the amount of milk and yoghurt
  • Combine muesli, oats, milk, orange juice and lemon juice in a large bowl
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight
  • In the morning, add grated apple, honey, yoghurt and cinnamon to the mix. Combine well to make a uniform mixture
  • Serve in breakfast bowls
  • Add your favourite toppings and you’re ready for a delicious start to your day!
