Pour half of the Nuts & Stuff muesli into a small bowl and add 2 tablespoons of boiling water.
Mix and allow to sit for a minimum of 5 minutes.
Once Nuts & Stuff is soaked, add to a blender with frozen berries, zucchini, yoghurt and coconut water. Then blend until the mix is smooth.
Serve in a bowl, topped with your favourite fruit, a sprinkle of the remaining Nuts & Stuff and a spoonful of coconut yoghurt.
