Berry N' Coconut Smoothie Bowl [gf] [V]
Ingredients
1 Cup Frozen Berries
½ Zucchini, Grated
1 Tbsp Coconut Yoghurt
2 Tbsp Water, Coconut Water or Almond Milk
75g Nuts & Stuff Muesli
   
Ingredients - Topping
  • Fresh fruit of your choice
   
Makes 1 Serve
Preparation & Cooking 15 Minutes
Method
  • Pour half of the Nuts & Stuff muesli into a small bowl and add 2 tablespoons of boiling water.
  • Mix and allow to sit for a minimum of 5 minutes.
  • Once Nuts & Stuff is soaked, add to a blender with frozen berries, zucchini, yoghurt and coconut water. Then blend until the mix is smooth.
  • Serve in a bowl, topped with your favourite fruit, a sprinkle of the remaining Nuts & Stuff and a spoonful of coconut yoghurt.
