I have heard people argue “foodies love everything!” Everything?! Really? I think not. I think foodies can love and enjoy the taste of good food while being conscious of whether the food is nutritious and really honestly good for them.

  • Muesli can last for a long time when stored properly. Store your muesli in sealed containers in a cool and dry spot away from direct heat or sunlight. You can also refrigerate muesli to maintain freshness.
  • Listen and pay attention to the signs your body gives at all times. Your body will tell you when you are full and satisfied with your meal.
